We believe that yoga is an integral component of staying fit, flexible, and focused not only in rock climbing but in many other aspects of life. At Onsight Rock Gym, we offer unlimited complimentary yoga classes to our members. Non-members pay a small fee per drop in class. We currently have two awesome yoga classes to offer, led by two yogi goddesses: Silvina Duchini and Jessica Brothers. Get ready to stretch, sweat, and breathe!

Power yoga is an excellent way to strengthen and tone muscles. This class focuses on getting your heart rate up, your body warm, and improving strength and flexibility. Power yoga is based on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, focusing on uniting breath and movement together. This carries into climbing perfectly and will bring balance in your body. Get ready to sweat as we discover our strength, unleash our power, and awaken our spirit.
