The Weekend Warrior
Knoxville is a hub for outdoor climbing. Our goal for this program is to help you make the most of any weekend. How do we make that happen? Using some of the best concepts currently available, we train you like an athlete to optimize your climbing performance. This program hinges on the climber specific benefits of non-linear progression. Each session features a new workout, valuable information about training, and a variety of challenges to keep you motivated. Your current goals don't even come close to your potential, so let us help you get far beyond what you think is possible.

When: Wednesdays | 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM | Starts July 2017
Cost: Members: $49/month | Non-Members: $99/month
For non-members, price includes day pass for each session. Must pay in full at the beginning of each month. If space is available, a participant may join for a prorated amount for the remainder of the month.
The Ideal Participant: Climbers who have had prior coaching, have trained on their own and are looking for a group training program to get them to a new level, or to perhaps those who just get want to get motivated to climb harder. We suggest that you are climbing V5 and/or 5.11s to get the most out of this program. Ultimately, anyone who wants to try hard will succeed in this program.
