Break out of the monotony of typical training regimens and enjoy creative and high intensity climber-specific workouts specifically designed to get you climbing stronger. Every session also includes injury prevention exercises and information on the core principles of training. A perfect class for developing the foundation required to become an exceptional climber.

Can you get in a complete core workout in 30 minutes? Absolutely! This class is designed to dramatically improve your core strength and stability. Each session features creative climber-relevant exercises, information, and challenges.
